What can I do to get more torque on a trailboss. clutch, spring.pipe?

 

I am hopefully getting a 414 kit with pipe and clutch kit. that should give me tons of low end with alot of top end too. this will give it alot of power for and 85 lb 13 yr old. the only problem is that to get this all done it cost about 800 to 1000 $$ from rcr. i hope thios will help
