Is it possible to bore the piston sleeve out?If not will I have to replace the sleeve?If I have to do that how much is it?By the way if you didnt know my cylinder wall and piston have scratches all over them...any help I would appreciate.

if you do need a new sleeve try LA Sleeve for a replacement.

Well is it possible to bore the sleeve?

You can bore it out to 80 over so I would take it in an see if it can be boredto one of the sizes avalabe

Why do you want to bore it. If you are replacing the piston and rings, just get it honed. That way if you have problems later, and you HAVE to bore it, you will have plenty of meat on the stock sleeve. If the sleeve is scratched, then just get a .020 over bore and use the Wiseco .020 oversize piston.

X_Scrambler3 is correct, you can go .080 over on the stock sleeve.

If you are looking for more power, get it flowed (ported)from RCR of HPD and look at a head shave as well, but I would stick with the stock sleeve if you can, and use a Wiseco the same size as stock.
