Default 1993 Polaris 350L Exhaust

Does anyone have a good experience with changing the exhaust on a 1993 Polaris 350? I have a really nice, stock, 350 that I would like to gain a little extra power. If you go to websites like AAEN or such, they claim such big numbers on these 350/400s it's almost hard to believe. 5-9 hp by just switching the exhaust? Is the stock one that bad?
Before I drop $400 on exhaust, clutch kit, jet kit I just want to know if I will feel something.

What about other brands? When I talked to dynoport he said that the 350s just won't get the gain that the 400s will. He said his pipe would only add 2-3hp. No rejetting/clutch kit needed. When I talked to AAEN they said bs, clutch kit and jet kit (+2 on the main) is absolutely needed. They claim 5-6hp easily.

DG exhaust seems to get such a bad rep. Yet to me when I look at the DG exhaust vs the AAEN the pipe shape seems almost exactly the same.

Anyone try an exhaust on these 350s and have much luck?

Thankss
