Do you know what I need to buy as far as size allen wrench for that front plug? Im not familiar with any of this.
This is a 2003 Magnum 4x4
According to this site 2004 Polaris Magnum 330 4x4 ATVs the 2003 has the locking hubs and the 2004 has the locking diff.

Polaris use "Standard" on the chassis and "Metric" on the single cylinder motors.

2003 330 Magnum 4x4s either had the visco-lock dif or the roll cage system not the hub awd system.

The site must be wrong then because I can spot those large locking front hubs from a mile away and this it what they show as a 2003 Mag 330.
Compared to the tiny front hubs on the 2004 in the bottom pic.

2004

The sites wrong.Even one model of the 2002 Magnum 325 had the visco-lock diff along with the 2002 Sportsman 700 roll cage model . Dirt Cheap Yamaha & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse

I got the front diff changed with the demand drive fluid. Had to use a small piece of fuel line hose attached to the bottle od Demand drive fluid to get it in to the fill hole. Spilled a ton all over the place.
Spent over 2 hours trying to locate the drain plug for the transmission but could not locate it. I think I have the fill plug located. I even jacketed the 330 up to get under it with a flashlight. Still could not find any drain plug. There was one Hex head that was up inside but sideways, not flush with the bottom like the motor oil drain plug. Is it possible that this machine doesn't even have a drain for the transmission ?

7/16" Drain plug can easily be over looked as you really need to feel for it. It's at the front cover down low. Almost looks like it's one of the case bolts, but has a small washer behind it. Cover is #48, drain plug and washer is #46,47 though the numbers are hard to read.
