while removing the wiring for my warn winch i spotted some wires hat looked out of place. does anyone know that the wires are for with the white connector? thanks for your help. i cannot figure out how to post a picture

Take a peak at my photo album and look at the picture of the wiring I'm talking about. I don't think it has anything to do with the winch.

 

Looks like it's the check plug for the speedo as it's tested going down the assembly line.If it is just tuck it back under the speedo pod.

 

OK, I was just wondering if it was something really important. Thanks for your help. I'm putting a new winch on because my other one(warn) crapped out. I got almost 10 years out of it. I'm going with a superwinch this time. The company is about 3 miles away from my house in ct if I need it repaired.

 

I never knew Superwinch was located in New England!
