Anyone from UT In the market for an ATV or accessories. I have a little advice DO NOT buy anything form Frandsens Rec. in Provo I have had a very bad experience with them and would suggest to avoid them at all costs. They do not value the customer at all and this comming after I have bought 6 wave runners 2 trailers 2 ATVs. now they treat me the way that they have it is unacceptable. just thought I would warn everyone.

I forgot to tell you guys what happend. When I was going to buy an atv I went down to Frandsons and tlaked to my friend (ya right)and was told that the winch promo was only on the 2000 SP500 (this was in Sept) they just wanted to get rid of all of them. so I told him that I was going to wait to get an HO until there was a winch promo. then he assured me that as soon as they did a winch promo then he would get me one. So I bought one and then one month to the day that I got mine then the new winch promo started 69.99 for a wich thats a good deal. So I go to get my new winch and he tells me that on this promo that he can't get me one cause Polaris wouldn't let him so I waited until the the next one started and went down there on sat. and he tells me now that he told me when I bought mine that he could only give me the best deal. He will give me a winch for $315 thats a far cry from 69.99 so I am just a little pi**ed off ya know

 

I have never bought anything from Frandsens I always thought they were too high priced. I went there once in December because they had a 2000 trailboss. I asked the guy how much He said $3,600. I said the MSRP is only like $3,400. He told me I was wrong and wouldn't deal on the price so I left.
Anyway, on the winch deal he could add the winch to another unit he sold during the promotion and just let you pay for it. He is just being a jerk by not letting you have the winch. I have had several dealers tell me that they can do something like that if I wanted it.
