I thought I had found one but it wasnt free. Here it is anyway, its $4.95 to download it. Its for a 2002 but it should be the same as yours http://polaris-atv.brssm.com/2002-Po...ce-Manual.html Looks like 2002 is as far back as this site goes for any Polaris.

So I called Polaris and the 2 page document is the manual and nothing else is available. So the supplement doesn't show all the recommended fluids and quantities. OPT please help confirm because different websites are displaying different answers.
Front Hubs-Demand Drive (fill to 4 o'clock position) small amount
Transmission- AGL fluid--quantity??
Front Diff-Angle Drive or 80-90 lube??- 5 oz??
Rear Diff-Angle Drive or 80-90 -10 oz
I have usually used AMSOIL 75-90 gear oil for my 600 in the rear so I would assume that should be OK in the Magnum too??

You'd think that in 2015 you could easily find these anywhere online. I guess that's why they still sell the original manuals written on paper for $30. People get frustrated trying to find them online and just pay the extra money to get a real paper copy. Sometimes you can find them used and get a bit of discount. Someone sells their machine and they no longer have any use for the manual and are willing to part with it for a reduced price. I guess the problem with paying to download something is that you don't really know what you're getting until after you pay for it. If its free, its no big deal, you just delete it and find another.

Plus here's the lubrication chart that shows oil type and capacities for every year model Polaris made. Think it's up in the "sticky" section also.http://www.purepolarisoil.com/pdf/Ma...e_ORV_2014.pdf
