Whole unit bends toward back of bike.

Motor mount or mounts separated.. #1,21,32.Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse Just take a pry bar and check each one out.

Common problem on all Polaris machines as they age.If you notice on the parts break down all the motor mounts have been updated to stronger type mounts.

Getting rid of that "play" should improve power and speed. ?

If the engine torques enough rearward because of a broken mount,this could affect the drive belt tension and it could slip on the clutches,loosing power. Just replace what's obviously needed first,then try it out. May solve the problem you're having.If it doesn't the clutches may still need to be checked out.

The schematic in the link shows one mount. I think I saw a small one by bottom front edge of clutch cover. Should I be looking for another. My thoughts say there should be at least one on the right side of the engine. I went and looked but couldn't locate one. Is there one there that I am missing?
