I have a 2004 600 twin and bought 2 small oil cans with a trigger pump, one for the front and one for the rear. I applied a label on each one with the correct amount and type of oil to use. I think they are 4 ounce capacity so you have to refill them more than once but it just takes a few minutes of pulling the trigger to fill up the cases. The spout fits right in the the fill hole and there is no spilled oil to clean up.
Never thought about using the old small pump cans and nozzles..Sounds better than using a hose and squeezing the bottle to fill the diffs. Plus if you find one that you can't get into,you can always add a hose to the nozzle and pump away! Again good idea!
