Paul Pressgrove is the General Manager and was very helpful to me in a time of need on my vacation this year. After dealing with and hearing everyone else complain about their dealers, this guy really stands out. His parts are cheaper than the nearest dealer to me (he doesn't charge a stocking fee for ordered parts like most dealers do) and he has shipped me my parts UPS, usually going out the same day. Also, he told me he keeps enough parts on hand to rebuild two of the two-stroke 400's from the ground up.

If ya'll give them a call or fax, tell him I sent you....I'm trying to get him to get a web-site (other than the cheesy Polaris one).
