This circuit breaker has power at all times, key on or off, doesn't matter!! Just check it with the key off. Look up under the fender area up from the battery and you'll see the pouch and red wires leading in and out. Just cut slice the insulation around the wires if need be and check for power with a cheap test light on either side of the ride wires. If power doesn't go through the breaker, just slice the pouch open take out the breaker and replace with a new one. Then check that you have power to the lights, etc and see then if the starter works..

That's probably your main problem! Just get a new breaker at Autozone,Napa, etc and install it and check if the engine will crank over and run.

Do you have power to the dash and lights now? If you do,then do you have power to the small solenoid wire when you hit the start button? The solenoid can be jumped whether it's good or bad.. All you're doing is bypassing it and going straight from the battery to the starter. But if the ignition switch or left control switch doesn't have power to them, all it will do when you jump the solenoid is just spin the starter over and wont crank up..

Recheck your connections as the breaker either works or doesn't.Not impossible to get a faulty new one,but kinda doubt it..Plus slide the emergency on/off switch back and forth several times. Left control switches can cause problems with moisture and corrosion.
