Got the Smoked by a Blaster Blues......

NewDSLover,
I've got to ask about the message at the bottom of your post. Does that mean you pay to go riding? You really pay $5 for every 30mins your out there?
Is this common where you live? In the US in general? That just blows me away! I've read about places like that in the magaizines, but for some strange reason it never clicked in that people fork over money to someone so they can go and ride for a while.
I guess that means that you have to truck your quad there every time too. That must really suck.
I don't mean to sound like a ***** or anything, but I'd really hate to live where you do.

thenewfiebullet,
No, I didn't mention clutching on my list of mods. Celeste's machine is pretty tame in comparison to my own. You also have to understand that I'm not trying to kill her, (I love her too much) with too many mods. I just wanted her machine a little faster so she could keep up a little better on the straight stretches. She has an RCR spring in her primary clutch and that's about it. I was serously debating on whether or not to get a roller clutch for her, but I felt (and she agreed) that I didn't want the power coming on in an instant as it would with a roller clutch. She's happy, so I'm happy. Still, I told her that I'm getting a port job and head mods done to it this next winter when I do a rebuild on the top end. I'll drop in a 34 tooth sprocket too, just to keep her front wheels on the ground.

When I had mine ported when I talked to Daryle at HPD he told me you can get the porting done but with out the head work done the porting would not help alot they are a combo to get good power. Mine is all back together an it is fast. As far as the 34mm carb working with the stock motor yes it work fine an dose help with more power.Im running a 13/34 for sprokets with 18" tires.

LOL BUBBA....what planet do u live on.....a trailblazer has more acceleration than a blaster? i mean come on. if its a question u have dont tell...ask. the trailblazer was poorly built permormance wise but is fine for a beginner. it just blows me away that u think a tb will accelerate quicker than a blaster...they may have the same top speed but a blaster will get there alot quicker....i have a blaster with a pro circuit silencer and used to own a tb....they dont compare. find me a trailblazer to race and i will take them off the line anytime.
