Would help to know what model and year of the machine.. Are their any symptoms such as hard starting, backfiring, erratic idle or are the codes popping up but running ok? Codes 41,46 are usually associated with tbap or map sensor harness problems on the 700 and 500 efi models. Usually not a sensor problem in itself. Look at this site that has harness repair kits and codes that usually thrown if you're having problems.Only The Best

Disconnect the battery, wait 30 seconds and hook back up and see if code clears. You can also check the tbap harness for any wear or bare spots or soft feeling wires indicating a problem that would throw the code. Even though you may not be having symptoms now, if code comes back it could be a good enough warning to replace with the repair kit(harness and connector) offered by OTB.

On the air tube leading to the air box. Item#12.Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse Check the wiring for any bare or soft spots all the way until they merge into the main harness. Plus wires can slightly pull out of connectors going into the sensor. Sometimes hard to trace down. Polaris repair kits were junk,I replaced them over and over again.Kits from otb are stronger with better connectors and wiring. You can remove the sensor from the air duct an gently clean the tip with a soft cloth and replace it. May or may not help on throwing codes if the harness is the problem..
