Polaris xplorer 250 Pull start problems
Looking for old polaris tech on this one.
When I pull the rope start, it doesn't engage. It pulls out and reels in just fine. I took the cover off and the dog is not frozen. I sprayed er but still doesn't want to kick out.
What you thinkin? Thanks

Probably the small spring(20) is broken if the ratchet doesn't kick out. Or the friction spring(25) can be causing the problem. This is a hard starter to tear down and rebuild.
