My eyes hurt.. pics are too blurry. Just check that the exhaust lobe looks the same height as the intake lobes and check that rocker arm lash is set at .006 clearance for intake and exhaust valves.

Just hand tighten the 6mm valve cover bolts. 7 foot pounds if you want to go by the book.

ok 1 last thing ... before i had put the air box on i turned the machine on and reved it abit and it shut off with a BIG puff of smoke out the carb not sure if it was gas vapor but to me it looked like smoke and i could still turn the atv on and wit would run but that smoke kept coming out for about 5 mins the idle on the atv was pretty high until the smoke went away then it went back to normal

They can do all sort of things with the air box and filter off as they are jetted from the factory to only run right with everything back on.

ok so i tried to get you one more picture ..i can see the lobe in the middle sticking out the top i THINK like i said im not 100% sure wat im looking for ... also could this be a clutch or electrical problem ... my spark is not a strong blue its more like a OK orange ...( like i hhave said before though i used to only have this problem when atv got hot i could drive around for like 30 mins before it started bogging now its bogging on idle but i think thats becuase its - 20 here in ontario).. and as u know my clutch is kinda screwd to

If clutches are bad enough they can cause a limiting type of problem that can mimic an electrical miss or other mechanical problem. Fix what you know is wrong and go from there. Again a good manual is worth way more than the initial cost even if it's only to help you understand how things work.

If that's the lobe jutting past that blurry looking rocker arm, I'd say it looks ok enough.. Throw that camera away..
