I'm sure what the manual calls for,but what other people use is a different story.. 2 quarts 0w40,5w40,5w50 are the main oils that most people use.Your choice as long as it's synthetic. BKR6E on the plug,Polaris Agl for the gear case(bottom of fill plug or has a dipstick) and Polaris Demand Drive Plus for the hubs.Fill and drain excess at 4 o'clock position. These three I'd stay with. Oil filters you can take your pick from a big list.POLARIS 3084963 - Alternative oil filters If in doubt on service or repairs, here's a manual link. http://visit.tradebit.com/visit.php/...75/264163829/9

On the later models a Wells SW526 with a lead cable was cheap replacement. On your model it's just a sensor at the top of the radiator with two spade connectors used with your existing wiring. Oem is between $40-$50 for this thing which is stupid. I'd either match one up at any auto supply(180-195 degree) or just get one here or on ebay.
Most good dirt bike shops can rebuild and recharge your shock.
