Hey, Iv got a 2003 predator 500, it runs great until over around 6000 rpm I think, then it starts to misfire and run rough, any ideas? Coil?

 

First thing that comes to mind is tight valves as many people don't keep up with this shim under bucket system that has to be done frequently. Another thing could be a stator or cdi breaking down.
