Default 2k SP 500 questions

I have just put my 2000 sportsman 500 on blocks. Its time to address all of the issues and make her tight and right. So far the list is as follows, front/rear A arm bushings and brake pads, 1 strut rebuild, all tie rod ends, lower steering stem bushing, lights and rear tires.
My question is in respect to the low beam lights and rear rims. I believe the the low beam lights are 27w. I would like to replace them with 18w LED's. I'm assuming there would be no issue with running 18w LED's? I would also like to swap the rear 10" rims with stock 12" take off rims. Is there a chart that shows rear rim interchangeability?
