Hey Todd,
I have no experience with this particular pipe. They do have a good reputation though and besides DG they are the only ones I know of making a plated pipe for the TB. The TB pipe is so bad any pipe you choose will probably work much better. If you like the idea of a plated pipe to fight corrosion it should serve you well.
Scott.

Todd-007, I don't know how well it will perform on a TB but I installed it on my 99scram400 and I think it was the best investment that I have made yet. I purchased the low-end pipe and it runs like a champ. I decided to install a green spring afterwards to hit harder out of the hole but it ran fine with the factory primary spring.
hope this helps you with your decision

Todd,
I use this pipe on my wife's Trail Blazer and also one on my Scrambler 400, and they are awesome. I havent had any trouble with that pipe at all. I put both pipes on both quads in less than an hour, and then took it for a test ride, IT IS LIKE NIGHT AND DAY!!!! NO clutching needed. I have had the pipes on now for about 6 months and I have nothing bad to say about them at all. Give them a call, the guy you will talk to will explain everything you want to know. I also received my pipe in two days no waiting around!

Happy riding!!

I worked for a polaris dealer for 4 years and let me tell you that ANY mod. to Pipe or motor needs a clutch mod. to use all the hp. you just gained.
As to the brand you are talking about I've never heard of them.
We (the dealer) tryed aaen,dg,hpd, riter cycle, and any other brand pipe you can think of and the best pipe and clutch kits on the market are HPD's.
They have a racer (the only Polaris full mod racer That I know of (as of last year))
They were getting over 70 horse out of the 400 motor!!!!!!!!!!!(Stock 37hp)
If you have any questions just ask
Steve - xpoltech
P. S. They also helped with installing a NOS system on a 500 scrambler(aslo pipe,clutch kit,high comp. piston,and air cleaner mods)
It was a real Thrill to ride this one
and this was the dealers demo !!!!!!!!!!

Todd,
It is immediate bolt on power straight out of the box. I ride in the woods also with mine and my wife's and it is unreal. All lowend power with a wider powerband ( believe me you get power the whole way through). Like I said call the guy he is great to talk to and wont feed you any crap.
Ok as far as the guy who worked at the Polaris dealership. Whenever I called DynoPort I asked them why dont I have to clutch there pipe but everyone else you have to clutch? His exact response was, first of all the other pipe manufacturers make there pipes, the torque of the pipe is lower than that of the stock and in order for it to run efficiently you must put a clutch in to compensate for the torque loss. Once the clutch is in place there is no doubt they run like a ape. But with the DynoPort pipe the torque is more than stock and you dont have to compensate it in anyway at all with a clutch. The power is there automatically.
I have ridden many different pipes but there is not one that compares to this as far as reliability, ease of use, and the automatic power that you receive without messing around in the clutch. Like I said call the guy at DynoPort drill him with questions and you will see why they are the choice of many.

Has anyone heard of or tryed FMF's Gnarly pipe for 400 scramblers and sports? I saw an ad in Dirt Wheels and they clame 10 hp and 10 mph on top. It will need clutching and i would think a Turbin or Power core II but if the clame's are true i think it would be worth it
