Default 2002 Polaris 700 intermediate spark

I have a 2002 700 with the Kokusan ignition upgrade, was having issues it seem to be with carb so after two kits in carb i bought a news one, after installing new carb and trying to tune it just stopped cranking, check spark and every so often I will i will get a spark on plug but it is really weak. I have manual for atv but all the troubleshooting charts and values in book are the ones for the old cdi ignition system, anyone have the troubleshooting chart/values for this new one. Did ohm out trigger and got 189, coil black and white 3.9 ohms, spark plug wire to spark plug wire 15000 ohms. Appreciate any and all help

Make sure etc switch in throttle housing is set right. 1/8" max slack allowed at thumb lever. I have a manual for an 07 MV700 carb with the Kokusan that may be able to help some. Trigger does show ok (190 ohms +/- 20%) cdi output test black/white shows 200vdc,coil primary 0.19 Plus stator yellows show 0.19 between yi,y2,y3 with no wire short to ground.Best I can do on this one. An even more accurate, detailed manual would be this one as it bypasses the 2004.5 model when Kokusan became the norm.2005 Polaris Sportsman 700 Service Manual PDF Download
