On my 2002 Sportsman 700,when you switch to high beam only the 1 large headlight is on.Why?Why aren't all 3 lights on?
Is there a way to wire it up so all 3 burn on high beam?

Montana Jack's also has a 3 headlight kit and it's cheaper than Quadovator. If you get the Montana Jack's kit I suggest you install it without the switch as I've had problems with the switch getting dirty and not working. MONTANA JACKS Polaris Headlamp Improvement Kit ? MontanaJacks Outpost

 

I have a relay that I bought from a member, but I have a short fuse when it comes to wiring.

 

I remember seeing a wiring diagram to install the relay and it was kind of complicated. To install one of these kits instead you just have to splice into 2 wires that are easy to find. The kit comes with 2 of those connectors where you put the wires in and squeeze it with a pair of pliers. IIRC the MJ's kit used to cost twice as much as the Quadovator kit. They must have lowered their price a lot, like from $20 or something like that. It comes with a switch that allows you to have just low beams, just the high beam, or all three. If you install it without the switch you can have low beams or all three but not the high beam by itself. If I still rode at night I'd definitely get one of the kits from MJ. I've had a few of them and the only problem I ever had was with the switch getting dirty. I would install it without the switch like I did the last time and avoid the problem completely.
