Most seals are measured outside diameter first, inside diameter second, seal thickness third.

Thank OPT. I just spoke with a rep at USA Bearings and Seals and he said with ATV/UTV, a lot of them are listed shaft size, then OD and then thickness. He was able to take my measurements and get me the correct seal. It is a 45mmx72mmx10mm double lipped seal. I asked about the thickness measuring on 7mm, but he stated that most industry standard is 10mm and there should be room in the input housing for the extra 3mm. I will post the results and fit when I get them in. Thanks for the help.

Looked on some metric search sites and yes they showed ID then out OD then thickness. Hope the seal you've found works.. If it does I'm sure other owners will be screaming about the same thing later on and your info will help..

I was talking about the same kit OPT mentioned. Also look when it's apart to see if the pinion shaft is worn where it rides on the seal. Was the initial issue with mine and they had to replace it under warranty. When it started weeping again not too long after that I did the upgrade. Hope that seal you found is the answer.
