The newer DI (direct injection) 2-strokes are far cleaner and have impressive fuel mileage to boot...would like to see the ridiculously light/efficient/powerful sled motors make their way back to the wheeled market...if it hasn't already...

Wider lip seal and spring (oil seal) faces toward the counter balancer, the coolant seal lip faces towards the impeller. The manual has pretty pictures on this..

Hello to all so i feel as if an update is in order. And is not the best update, so i did get it all put back together but now im not getting any spark. Can anyone please let me know what the ohms are suppose to be from the brown/white to black/red and yellow to yellow/red on the stator. im all but positive that i have narrowed it down to the stator, but i cant remember what the ohms are suppose to be for these wires, and also im not exactly sure what it is that happened to the stator maybe a wire got frayed or something. as it sat on my work bench while i got the engine ready.
THANKS IN ADVANCE
RUBEN

Thought you would have gotten a manual by now..

Blk/Rd to Brn/White 120 ohms
Y/R to Yellow .3
White to Brown 0
White to ground 0

Coil primary .3
Secondary with plug cap 6.3k ohms

Invest in a good auto range multi meter, but if you have the cheap one look at this video on how to set for the proper ohms setting.

Here's an auto ranging meter. Just set on ohms.
