ok guys well i it was a success my complete engine overhaul was completed today, well I have been finished with the engine part of it but i finally got everything all put back together today and she's a purring thanks to everyone that helped me out on this thread appreciate u guys especially OPT.

Contrary to what a lot of people think more oil to gas ratio doesn't help that much. In fact too much oil and you loose power,foul plugs,not getting the benefit of the octane you're using. The oil pumps were metered at a 50/1 ratio from the factory. If you're premixing then 40/1 is plenty sufficient,36/1 is the max I'd go on a stock engine with a good synthetic oil. Milled heads and cylinders which raise compression,ports opened up and polished,then you could consider going to a richer oil to gas mixture along with a possible jetting change. Plus the compression ratio on a stock 400 engine is only 6.9:1 which is fairly low compared to a lot of the racing machines out there.
