My friend is wondering if his 300trx can take a 300 Explorer(or is it a 325?).Need some unbiased answers here please.No flames.

I ride a 300 xplorer, my neighbor rides a 300trx. We have never really raced, but I would say they are a pretty even match. The 300trx might have a little more speed overall. The xplorer is quicker.
