Where do I find the fuel filter on the TBoss? Can I get one close to the same size from an auto parts store and change it myself? Also, so i need to change the tranny fluid every year??

i don't know about my polaris, or yours, but the fuel filter on my 250X is located at the base of the fuel tank, right where teh hose comes out.

On my xplorer the fuel filter is just under the tank. I dont think you will find one small enough at most auto parts stores. They sell for about 5 bucks from polaris. I change my tranny fluid 2 times per year, spring and fall. But I ride year round and put on alot of miles.

When you change the tranny fluid, is it just a matter of draining and them adding a quart?? Is there more to check/do ??

When you change tranny fluid, drive it around a little to warm everything up. This will get any filings and such in suspension so it will go out with the old oil. Also, it will drain faster if the fluid is warmer. After that, just fill it up to recommended level.
My fuel filter is in the line under the gas tank.
