95 xplorer 400 idle

Haven't hardly found any that held a full quart. Usually that was amount from the factory when bone dry. On the old 95 16-18 ounces if I remember correctly. Just throw in a little at a time and check the dip stick level. Doesn't hurt to over fill a little as you do have the gear case vent.

Well, here is the finished product. Cleaned up nice for a 22 year old machine. Now I just gotta decide if I need another four wheeler to plow with. I would kinda like another two stroke in my stable bit the wife thinks I have too many already, lol.

It's gone way beyond a hobby looks like.. You can have your own two stroke Polaris museum..
