Hey everyone new to the page as well as Polaris ... I just picked up a 1999 Polaris Scrambler 500 4x4 and I would like to put a plow on it, I am having a problem finding a mount. the closest thing I found was through Kolpin which use to be cycle country, but it’s only for years 2000 and up. Will this still work on the 1999 if not hopefully someone can lead me in the correct direction. Thank you

Major difference between the 99 and 2000 Scrambler was a little more suspension clearance on the 2000 model.https://www.powersportsnetwork.com/e...cle2=964&go=Go You could always call them up to be sure.

 

Do you think a universal mount will work like this one

Shows to fit these models. Also shows to fit "75 %" of atvs. Yours again might be in in that 25 % that doesn't. Hate to say one way or another on a universal mount.
