Everyone needs to remember that the President alone, does not pass bills. He can veto a bill and he can present them to Congress. However, it is up to Congress to vote in or out a particular bill. Everyone needs to find out who your representatives are, call them and express your views. All the complaining in the world will not help unless complain to the right people. One person won't help. It has to be done in numbers.

Jamie, you are a typical product of our mass media disinformation system. With all respect, you have no idea what is going on. Obviously not a slightest idea. Maybe , if you are dirt poor and unable to get a job due to negative IQ, then I understand you love Clinton.
If you want to discuss politics, please, stop listening NBC, or your socialist union leaders a.s.a.p.Get info from different sources.
For a start, find out how many executive orders Mr. Clinton wrote, and what are all of them about...........
Maybe it will change your perspective.

Minnesota atvers came together, contacted thier congressmen and stopped a law against atvers this year.
We should all call/write and get this one stopped...
then we can play "my president is better than you president".

Sevenac, what the crap, or should I say, how the crap are all the IMPROVEMENTS Clinton made going to seem good now but different later? Sheesh, accept the fact that he was a great president and did a lot of great things for this country. I think a lot of people get hung up on being a republican and can't except anything a democrat, whether he be the President, a Governor, etc, does good. Clinton may very well be remembered as one of the greatest presidents.

I agree w/ the originator of this topic. Before the elections, there were so many scare tactics and hype about Democrats and ATV's. People will now realize that the land will be raped for oil and gas exploration and fenced off for the oil companies. Domestic oil exploration will only satisfy a small fraction of this nations demand and the land will never be the same. As I mentioned before, most people know that the Bush's made their millions in oil and are on an agenda as such. As for the next election... DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE. As far as the economy, the nation can't ride on the coat tails of the previous administration for 8 YEARS,....please. If that's the case, why are we in a borderline recession. I'm not a Clintonite by any stretch but he did reduce the national debt and hopefully that will continue for our children.

Colt77, help me with this one. Are you saying, all union leaders are socialist and if so, is that to be derogatory? Your writings sound as though you are, 1)Very young or 2)Very mis- informed.
Due to union involvement, many families have enjoyed the American dream of owning a home, health insurance for all, retirement benefits, etc.
For the record, I think you guys that want to protect W, had better write to express your displeasure with the gas prices. I'm sure he'll be more than glad to help you out...
Chuck
