But i dont want to sacrifice top end! Im hoping the FMF pipe will give me a little boost on the low end. If it gives me a little boost on top end thats great too if top end stays the same as the stock thats fine too. Just want a little something extra on low end. Another question- is it alot louder than stock when you run core out and all discs in. I dont want a pipe that is loud and annoys the people riding behind me.

I will post this in my own post also but.....
Just installed the FMF MegaMAX II. First impressions... awesome!!! Well worth the money! I installed it with core out, all disks in. The tone is deep & hard. It is not LOUD. It is louder than stock, everyone will know you have an aftermarket muffler, but its a good sound, not just noise. My power band seems smoother all throughout the RPM range. Strong steady power. No dead spots. No surge areas. Good steady power, more noticable on the bottom. No loss on top end. I have seen many pipes on 500 Scramblers. Bottom line, if I spent MY money on it, it is in my opinion the best. Haven't took it out of the yard yet, but so far very satisfied. Will update after first trail ride.
