Default Polaris magnum shift pattern

Looking for the shift **** pattern on a polaris magnum if anyone can send me a picture of it that would be great

500? What year? There are only 4 possible positions. N is in the middle, R is toward the rear, H is forward the front, and IIRC L is toward the right then forward.

There should still only be 4 possible positions, and if it's like the Sportsman 500 that came out that year, it's N in the middle, R toward the rear, H toward the front, and L to the right then forward. The easiest way to figure it out would be to put it in gear and see what direction it goes. If it goes forward and whines at 20 MPH or so, it's in low. If it goes a lot faster than that and doesn't whine, it's in high. You'll know when you're driving in reverse. If I got the shift pattern wrong, please correct it for other visitors to the thread.
