Tblazer wheelies?
#3
My Trail Blazer with nothing more then a K&N filter could pull nice wheelies from a stand still, but not when moving.
Look into a clutch kit and matching performance pipe for better wheelie ability-and more power!!

Ive had my about 4-5 ft off te ground before.I didnt feel it bottom out.Ive been jumping a jump all day long without bottoming out.I'm getting about 2-3 ft of air of this one, and about 10ft of distance.I havent bottomed out yet, while my friends 3004trx and recon do just about everytime=)

I like to jump mine a lot, I can hit about half the doubles at the local MX track (they could probably all be hit if I had the huevos for it). The stock rear shock sucks, it bottomed out contsantly - I put on a Fox 1.5 and that took care of it.

Maybe I'm the exception to the rule but my TB, totally stock, will do a nice wheelie. I've almost turned it over several times. I think it's because I really have to pull on the bars to get it up, but once it's up its not hard to keep it there. As for jumping you really need to upgrade the rear shock to a fox 1.5. I was at an mx track this week end in SC jumping 12' tabletops which resulted in a jump of about 6' in the air and 25-30' long. The landings were not soft to say the least. I could really tell just how heavy the TB was when riding this track. I wiil have to make some mods, both weight and suspension if I'm going to ride like that.

if i can it going from a stop, and give the hadlebars a good tug, the front will come up about 6". do you use the rear grab bar when you wheelie? i saw some kids trying to show off buy standing on the grab bar and doing a wheelie. they where doing this in a populated resurant parking lot at the end of a trail. i almost went out there and chewed them out. they kept staring at our machines: a 2001 yellow 400ex, a 2000 ds650, 2001 sp 500ho duce, a 2000 yellow sportsmen, and my trailblazer. it was really funny.
