I have an 03 500ho I am converting to non ebs. It looks as though I can use the stock ebs secondary with the non ebs primary but I see alot of team style secondaries for sale on ebay as well as the older button style standard style primary.

maybe someone has done some testing on different combinations? I used to mess with polaris clutches back when these were new but only did one conversion. used aaen clutching parts with a team secondary on a ho conversion. That has been more than a dozen years. any help would be great.

 

If you want it to work right you need both non-EBS pulleys and a non-EBS belt.
