Default Polaris sportsman 600 needs more power! Carb swap?

What is the story with swapping a 500 ho carb on to my 600? I know the 600 has a 34 mm, and apparently the 500 ho has a 40 mm carb. Is this a worthwhile swap? Also considering adding the 800 exhaust including the header, the 800 snorkel tube, and a clutch kit. I mostly trail ride, and have 26's on the bike. Thanks!

Anyone? I know the 600 is similar to the 700, so any modifications for the 700 should be the same

Would love to help but no one in my area ever wanted to do such a thing so no advice from me. Sorry. Hopefully someone knows, would like to rear the results myself.

I remember seeing something when the 600 came out that said it had 8% more power than the 500 H.O. and 25% more torque. That small carb must be why it's only 8% more power instead of 20% or something like that. I haven't heard of anyone switching carbs on the 600, but if anyone has done it I'd like to hear about it too.
