04 sportsman 400 awd quit working

Hey all I am new here I have an 04 sportsman 400 and the all wheel drive just stop working. The speedo works The awd indicator works just no Awd drive. Does anybody have any advice

you might have a broken roller cage in the front gear case which stops the awd from engaging thos happens a lot to the newer Polaris models when the awd is turned on while the rear tires are spinning.

I found the problem the slip yoke on my prop shaft is stripped

That would do it!! Nice you don't have to go into front gearcase Mine was roller cage
Hopefully Front output tranny splines still healthy and not stripped also
