Afternoon everyone, I have been using the site for reference/trial and error but I can’t get this figured out. Rig. 94 Polaris big boss 400l 6x6.
Back story is I bought this a year ago. When I got it running we had the antifreeze shooting out of the overflow tank. So replaced head gasket. Took it out to the farm ran it around and decided to run it a litter hard. Ended up bogged down and white smoke(aka antifreeze getting in cylinder) so again replaced head gasket.( bled air out of system, torqued down head again after cool down) Months down the road... plow the drive a couple times. So I took it out is fishing with the boy. During the run to the register the fish across lake I noticed smoke trail.. so bought used head from Polaris dealer head gasket 3 went in. At that time I had some welding to do on the exhaust and saw the smoke again.(ok antifreeze got into the muffler etc) so I took the acetylene torch and heated it up till the smoke disappeared. So to cut the story even shorter is that I bought a rebuilt jug installed that and put original head on ran for a few died. Fouled out by antifreeze. So off again and put used head(dealer bought)with new gasket. Runs but will foul out again same symptoms. Burn the plug off with propane torch runs for a bit dies.
sorry for the long description. But some how I keep throwing cash away and running out of options chasing down this antifreeze getting into jug. Thanks Joe

Very weird. I don't know why you would have repeated head gaskets blowing out unless it is over heating. Some questions:
Hopefully other experts will see this and weigh in.
- Does the red over heat light work? Apply 12V to find out. Be careful of polarity.
- Does the fan work? Can you apply 12 volts to confirm it works?
- Do the heat sensors work at the top of the cylinder and at the radiator? Could you take them out and put them in hot water to see if the are functioning?
- Is the radiator clogged? Do you know if coolant is actually flowing through it?
- Is the water pump working?
Hopefully other experts will see this and weigh in.
