Andy, I paid $32 apiece for the new rotors. The dealer told me it would be 45 minutes of labor apiece for the job ($75) so I decided to do it myself. It was quite simple after the mechanic explained to me what to do. The only trick is that the nut that holds on the 4x4 hub needs to be just tight enough to hold the hub on with no slack on the axle and no tighter.

$32x2 + $49 for 2 pair of EBC SV pads. $120 total. If this takes care of it, I will consider that I got off cheap. I was considering selling and buying a new bike. The brakes have done this since I bought it and I have done everything but replace them. I use the bike for hunting in the hills and found the noise a source of extream agravation. I really hope that this fixes it.

Kurt
