Replaced cylinder, piston, rings, gaskets, Strator, oil pump, throttle cable, cdi box, cleaned carb and jets, lights work, usually starts with electric start, and have checked a number of other things. It will start, but when the throttle is pushed it shuts off. Even with back end off the ground. Nothing accelerates or engages. We’re lost. Help!
