Flywheel torque on 2006 500 efi
#1
My son and I are trying to bring back to life our 2006 sportsman 500 that I bought new but has not been running for 3 or 4 years!! We replaced the stator but while doing this I stripped out the nut but not the shaft thankfully.
I was trying to torque the nut to 120 lb when I stripped it and wonder if that was too high. I have looked high and low and can not find the CORRECT torque. The machine only has 1650 km on it and would like to get it running again. Hopefully the stator replacement works or I will be back with more questions.
