Ive ridden a 300 express many times. They are very fun rides. If its in real good shape, good chains, sprockets and tires 2000 seems fair. Check kbb.com and see what blue book says.

My friend has an 300 Xpress. I can't remember what year though. I would guess '96 though. It's blue and grey. It's a big quad, so you won't see a lot of speed out of it, but it isn't too shabby I guess. It was the first Polaris that I'd ever driven, and I was impressed with it. After getting my 400 Sport I see a big difference, but if you just want to ride trails at a medium pace you'll have no problems. Not sure if it's common, but my friend just blew his motor a few weeks ago. It cost around $800 to get fixed. He doesn't take good care of it though. It takes a real beating. Well, that's all I know. Thanks.

Well as my name show's that's what I ride. The only place that the speed come's into play is when my friend's and I drag race. But when it come's to trail riding I'm able to ride just as well as the 400's if not better. Because when it come's to jumping I'm able to out jump them or tie them in jump length. For the price I was able to buy a '97 last year for 2000. So I would say that you should give at least 100 less than the asking price if not less.

I ride allot with a 300 and an 400 Xpress and these are great machines. both have over 3000 miles and have never seen shop time, thye are both 96's. The 300 is pretty quick, 50 or better.
2 grand seems reasonable to me. I want to get one for my Girlfreind but there are no many around here.
