I was clocked at 45 by a sportsman 500 today... of course he wasn't at full throttle.

I did get it up to 70 later in the day... of course it was on the trailer on the way home...

I run mine all day long at 50mph or a few less. Have clocked it at just over on a good, flat run....

Ranger Sx you must be a complete idiot to say stupid crap like that when all I asked was the speed and for 00' the trail boss is a 325 four stroke. I had a 300 honda and it was a great machine I didn't say anything about your crappy little 200

Ranger, please shut up before I have my trailboss kill you.

I have a 93 Polaris TrailBoss 250, boared over to a 360 with a wiseco racing piston, ported & polished...I clocked out at 62mph almost full throttle by my brother who was in my chevy blazer (digital readout)...I chicken out right then though, so I'm not sure what it is capable of.

When I got it brand new in 93, I tore up my friend's blaster 250...even on takeoff, thats right my automatic whooped it...so even stock, a trailboss isn't something to under estimate.

yeah well I guess you are right there, but my mods were done professionally...they modified the case too, but I'm not sure exactly what they did...all I know is I paid $400 and they told me it is now a 360cc machine (358 actually).

I still think that my stock 250 could beat the **** out of a big, ****ty 4 stroke honda. Hondas are great for reliability, and going trail riding...but when it comes to speed and handling, I wouldn't give up my trailboss.
