Anyone have one on a HO?

What I want to do is make up for the lost power whenever I put the titans on.I lose between 8- 10mph when I run with them

 

the only thing I know about k&n is that my friend put a air filter on his '99 sp 500 and it gave it more power.

K&N allows more air to flow which you'll need to rejet. But since it's a 4 stroke & most factory setting are on the rich side. Install the K&N and run a couple of plug test and check for leaness. A stock unit and a stock unit w/ a K&N race, the K&N'ed will win everytime. You'll see the most improvement w/ your K&N if you also add a after market pipe & muffler.
