I have a new 2000 Trailboss, yesterday after riding in lots of mud and snow (northern minnesota) I noticed oil in the trailer. The hose that goes to the oil cooler was spewing oil all over when it is running... I haven't got the mud off to check it yet. Could there be some bigger problem causing this or just a loose fitting/broken hose ??

Polaris SHOULD cover this right ???

You should have no problems with them covering it but if its a simple cut hose you may prefer to change it yourself to save time and the hassle of having to carry it to the dealer to fix it, no doubt if it is a hose problem it will be very cheap to fix it yourself. Check the fittings on the oil Tank and make sure they are not loose.
