Tire Chains for Winter
#1
As noted in my previous post, the tires on my 96 Xplorer 400 are just about shot. A buddy of mine just gave me two sets of ATV tire chains. I am going to put one set on the back to get me through the winter, but I'm wondering if I should\could cut down the other set and mount them up front??
Any ideas??

Hi Loyal,
I have heard of people doing with automotive chains and having no problems, so I don't see why it should work for you. I have no idea how it's done though.
I am sending my Father a set of chains for his '82 Honda 200. Shipping is expensive to NF though.
Off topic: I evey you being home for the Millenium Celebrations. Bars open 72 hours, is it?
Glenn.
