we were ridin at our local pits when i messed up a belt and when i slowed down it would slow the enige down with it like ebs but faster then we put a new one on and it was smaller but it still did that what is wrong is it my clutch or just the belt i really dont wont to buy a new clutch if i do it will be from hotseat please help me by the way i ride a scrambler 500 99
