I am fixing a 99 Sportsman and a 99 400 Explorer that were in an accident while they were on the trailer. I was wondering if anyone knows of aftermarket suppliers who can provide racks or handlebars.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

This is the only one I know of, you may want to email them and see if they have the actual RACKS for the sportsman, you may just be able to order the stock ones.
