The 200 main jet sounds pretty lean. My 2000 came with a 230 MJ and a 35 PJ.
Is it a Polaris piston or a Wiseco ???
Have you pulled the spark plug ?
What does the plug look like ??
What mods do you have done other than the oversized piston ???
Did you add oil to the fuel for break-in ??
Is the oil injection system functioning correctly ???
Was eveything well lubed during assembly ???
Was there coolant in the engine ??? Don't laugh, the mechanic at the Polaris dealer didn't refill the radiator when they put a new piston in the engine under warranty.

it has k and n filter rad valve and wiseco piston. have to get back with you on plug color but everything is working coolants alright. im thinking it was bored to tight. ive heard the piston is tapered and might have been measured in wrong spot. jetting to small? i hope so . what about honing cylinder or get it rebored a little. just wondering. thanks for help
