I was looking through the EPI catalog and on page 28 there is a picture of a 2000 700RMK model# soosr7as and model# soosr7asa parts manual.Is this a snowmobile or something?

 

Yep, Polaris, like Yamaha, is not too awfully original with their product names sometimes (Yamaha has a thing for naming their snowmobiles and motorcycles the same thing).
The RMK is a deep powder sled, RMK standing for Rocky Mountain King. It runs a 700cc 2-stroke twin.
