I am probably buying a 97 scrambler 400 with the following mods...

<<
HPD Pipde. CLutch Kit for faster, torquier take off, New Crank, New Weisco Pistons Bored .40 over, Bored Carb bored .40 over, Ritter Racing airbox, Chain tensioners, Delta v force reeds, Titans all the way around, New Grips, New Waterpump, Uni Aifr Filter, the stock stearing bearing sucks so i have a real good one...improves stearing a lot......The 4x4 is on demand..Push button.....
>>

i want to lnow if it will turn 25/24 inch tires, with ease,
im pretty sure the tires are 23 back and 22 front, right?
i just want to know if i want to put on different , bigger tires if im going to loose alot of power?

22" rear and 23" fronts. Very fast quad. With those mods you should at leats hit 65 mph. Bigger tires would fit but if you get them I would recommend installing a 12:1 Billet head. With a trail pipe and appropriate clutch kit you will have lost some low end power. The 12:1 head will give you gobs of torque to turn the bigger tires.

You will really whip the SP500 in a drag race.

good,
i thought it should easily smoke him,
im gonna get him back for smoking me on my rokon 2x2 woods bike
this is exactly the quad im looking for,
i get a good 4x4 system,
power,
speed,
and sportyness,
with bigger tires, i would get higher speed to right?
oh yeah,
as it is now, what octane fuel would be best, ive seen things that 92 is the max for a stock scambler,
and if i get the 12:1
what octane then?
or should i get the add-in?

You need only run 92 octane. Bigger tires usually mean a higher top speed but they take away a lot of acceleration and performance.
