Whatever the book said to gap it at. I gapped them all when I got them. I need to know whay it doesn't wanna pull. Like, it will, but i can't yank it to start it. I can pull it very slowly, but not enough to start it.

Is there a chance that your primary has come loose from the crank?
If theres no cintrifrigal (spell) force from the clutch, its damn near impossible to pull.

I wouldnt think so, but, I'll check, ya never know. With the plug out, I can see the piston go up and down when I pull it, everything looks ok with it, I can still read the writing on it.

sounds like it is hydralacing basicly there is a bunch of fuel in the engine and when you try to turn over it hits a wall .did it flood at all? you need to get the gas out of the engine some how on sleds there is a drain plug on the front of the engine near the bottom i dont think there is one on a atv pull the plug out and crank the engine over fast and see if any gas comes out

Thats what I used to do on my sled when it would flood, take out the plugs and pull it over, it would spray out. On this one I thought thats what happened, but none came out.

not that i recomend this but what we would do on a sled is take a lighter and hold it over the hole and crank it and burn it off but your tank is there so i would find another way tip it on the side and crank it over?

Damn man. That sounds a littl ecrazy, I have seen alot of fuel spray out of there before, i woulnd't go near it with a lighter.

I dont think thats it though, nothing came out, I held a paper towel over the hole and caught just a tiny bit of gas.
